Bonus!: RightStuf has a great selection of anime VHS and DVD, they even carry some Laserdiscs. They carry a lot of old favorites and put up pre-orders to the newest stuff as soon as there is a a release date it seems. Check out their bargin bin and weekly specials. There is some great anime in there for sometimes less than $5 a tape! The prices are just unbeatable in the bargin bin, which has ever changing stock, and the weekly specials almost always have something I want in them. Every order I've ever received from them has included fun "extras". I've gotten notepads with anime characters on them, a "mew" pokemon cdrom thingie, mini-poster/ads for upcoming anime by the score. I got a great Magic Knights Rayearth Poster, and a nice X the movie one as well.
Watch Out! Backorders are pretty common (at least off of stuff on the weekly specials and bargin bin) and pre-order pages arent always obvious either. Either one can delay your order by weeks, sometimes months! It's also impossible to track your order from their webpage so there is no easy way to find out why your order may be delayed. They do send you letters if its backordered, but if its because you've accidentally preordered something you have to call and ask. They also require that the package be signed for on its arrival, so you can't even sign the little yellow slip for them to leave it when your not there. So if you're like me and you aren't home during the day, and you don't work somewhere you can have packages sent to you, you might have trouble receiving your packages.
Personal Experience: I've ordered from the store multiple times, and it may take a while for the order to come (I've had backorders several times) I've always been satisfied with the service to come back for more. One time I ordered about a $100 worth of merchandise from them and it was held up by one item being backstocked. I received a letter that part one of a 2 part series was apparently no longer avaiable, but the rest of the order would be sent to me. I was disappointed but not heartbroken. But imagine my surprise when I received the package and the tape was included! Also in the box was a letter apologizing that the tape was not available and deducting it from my order. Now, part of me was tempted to just let the error slide, but I stuck to my morals and notified them of their error via their customer service email. I got a response almost immediately (from a real person not an autoresponder). They thanked me and notified me that a charge for the tape would be appearing on my credit card bill shortly (I had offered to let them give it to me for free if they really wanted to, but they didn't take me up on my offer, LOL). I continue to shop with Rightstuf, and am a big fan of their store.
