Those people familiar with reading Japanese manga shouldn't have too much difficulty following the text in the proper order. For those people who aren't familiar with Japanese reading order, a brief description is listed below.
The following types of translation styles are used for this volume:
Scanlations are maintained in Japanese reading order ie right to left; top to bottom and should be read as seen in the illustration below:

As you can see, there are two possible ways of reading 7 and 8 depending on which text is higher. Normal Japanese manga would be read right side first, but the translations use height to differentiate order in cases of twin bubbles. So, if the left text is higher, it is read first.
Scanlation 2 uses javascript where the translated text is revealed in a mouse-rollover.
Scanlation 3 uses background images in table format combined with an image overlay resulting in a non-printable scanlation.
Scan + translation 1 are scans with translation text surrounding the image as seen below:

Scan + translation 2 are scans with translation text listed at the bottom of the page.
Scan + translation 3 are scans with translation text listed to the side of the image.
Text translation is literally a translation of the text. Currently they are linked to either ST2 or to IMG. IMG link is literally to an image of the scanned page. Please use the browser back button to return to browsable pages.
And a narrative text is a text-based translation that also contains a narrative description of the background scenes, character expressions etc.
