This is a contiuation of the project proposed here, you might want to read through it first as an introduction to what this is all about if you haven't done so already.

The discussions going on in the board, conversations I've had via email and with friends offline have led to a lot of interesting ideas and information. Now I'm trying to organize it a bit so that we can continue to move forward.

The Business side:
In order to make this project go smoothly it will have to be run as a business. It will have to be offical, and that means having to learn about the legalities in setting up a small business. There are a couple of options to consider.

Forming a Limited Liabilty Partnership
Forming a Corporation
Forming a Non-profit Orgainzation
Libby has posted some great information on LLCs and Corporations to the message board that I will try to compile shortly. Until then feel free to look over her information here.

Some other options to look into (as brought up by endless-waltz on the message board) are:

Starting a record label (for the Drama CD idea below)
The above is the second step, after we decide which kind of business to form, that business can form a record label.

What we need to discover, in the above there are a lot of unanswered questions. On the next page I've just listed them in no particular order. These are the things I'm continuing to research but any help is appreciated.
Each of these questions were brought up in the course of making the above pages, and are included on them as well, they might make more sense in context. ^_^
