My webhost found some malicious scripts housed on my website, so I've taken down some of the interactive portions till I figure out how they go in. Some other pages might be down for a little bit too until I figure out what's up.

I have updated between now and February of last year honestly. I've got to start updating this page first! So, some of the new things going on lately:
fic.randomfandom.com - An all new version of Fruits Preserves. Fruits Preserves meant to be an archive of Fruits Fanfiction. Currently only my own fictions are there, all currently updated to their most recent chapters (Most recent update was Discoveries, it's up to chapter 25.). If you've got a finished Fruits Basket fanfiction please feel free to upload it.

On my blog I'm currently doing a post on a different manga for at least the next thirty days (I'm currently on day four.) And of course, the forum chapter by chapter discussions ahve been continuing! Please join in!

Holidays kicked my butt. ^_^ But I did get a new chapter of Full Course out. I've also put up a new story, a called This Heart of Mine. I've had a request to make a gallery of official color artwork, so I'm going to peek through my archives and see what I have. If anyone else has any suggestions, please feel free to email me.

I just missed my goal by a few days, but I have updated each of my fanfictions. Again, if you've been following them on Fanfiction.net, it's nothing new. (Sorry to take so long to get them up here!) I've updated Discoveries, Spotted! and Full Course.

I've updated three of my fanfictions on my site. If you've been following them on Fanfiction.net, it's nothing new. (Sorry to take so long to get them up here!) I've updated Discoveries, Spotted! and Full Course. Because it's National Novel Writing Month, I'm going to try to update each of these stories again before the end of the month. Wish me luck!

Wow, only a month since my last update, too cool! It's just a little one, but I hope you like it anyway.

As promised, I've updated Discoveries with a nice big 2 chapter update! I hope you like it! Last time I said that Spotted! would be next, but then I realized that Full Course is actually the next one in rotation, so that's the one I'm working on now.

I also have updated the Fruits Basket Translation Tracking page, told you I'd keep up. I've got links up to the current chapter of Fruits Basket 130, and have hosted a summary from Ale-chan of the chapter!

Once again I invite you to join the forum! The chapter by chapter discussions have been a lot of fun! Sign ups are going fast!

Life has been busy as usual, but that's no excuse for forgetting to update the main page. =/ Big news! I finished a fanfiction! Okay, maybe it's not huge news, but I've been working on A Mystery for years and it's nice to see a *complete* following one of my longer epics. ^_^ Expect to see more updates soon, I'm working on one for Discoveries and after that an update to Spotted!

If you haven't checked out the RandomFandom forum lately, you're missing out! On the recomendation of forum member Hymnia we've started a chapter by chapter discussion of the Fruits Basket manga. So far topics have included Yuki's Pants, just how early Shigure starts manipulating people, and Kyou's pretty boy status.

I have completely updated the Fruits Basket Translation Tracking page! (I'm going to try not to let it get so behind again!)

I began hosting Ysabet's excellent website. She's given it an impressive update recently. So you should check it out!

Well, things are getting back to normal (finally) around here. Some have emailed asking about the evil hacking incident, you can read about it and why it's taken me so long to get everything thing back together in my blog here. There are still some areas that are down, but they were well.... less visited areas so I'm taking my time with them. ^_^ Currently, I think the only 2 areas that are completely down still are the "store" and the Fruits Basket "links" section. If you come across any other broken links let me know please.

Now for the current updates! The translation/summary tracking page is finally up to date as of the current Fruits Basket chapter 122. I fixed a bunch of broken links at the same time, so a lot of the older pages have been updated too. I also updated the info on the Fruits Basket English Release. The drawing board, the Oekaki has finally been restored. I've managed to save all the pictures, but I lost all my users and comments ;_; Please let me know if one of your artworks is there so I can properly attribute it.

Part of the reason it's taken me so long to update is because I've been listening to people who've approached me at cons, and on Fruitygroup, and through email and told me to update my darn fanfics. So I've been writing again! Discoveries chapter 18 has been added to the site and I'm currently working on Full Course (I'm in the middle of chapter that won't end...)

A lot of the Fruits Basket Resources are now back up. (Translations, fanfiction and zodiac tales backup) I hope to have the rest of the site up by the end of the month. Probably the Okekai, Gallery and Messageboard will be up last.

Please let me know if you if you find broken links or images so I can repair them. Its hard to keep track of everything on a site this size.

Wow, 4 months... well, it hasn't actually been 4 months, I did update Spotted and Discoveries between now and April. I just forgot to mention that here, and to link Spotted to the fanfic page. (That's now fixed.)

So I'm feeling pretty accomplished at this point. I'm going to Otakon this weekend. Anyone going? stop by my artist alley table at Otakon!! I got free stuff to give out!! I've made lots and lots of buttons both to sell and give away. And if you saw me at Otakon last year, just so you know, I've got all *new* free stuff to give out so stop by again! I managed a decent sized update this time in between all the con prep.

Some of you might remember that I went to Anime Expo last month, and what a CRAZY trip that was... Check out my blog for all the (gory) details. I also uploaded a *ton* of AX pictures to the gallery. After the third time I knocked my camera off the Dealer's room table I was at I decided to put away my camera. Most of these pictures were taken by Cat from RSC. But I still got a lot of AX cosplayers, especially Furuba Cosplayers! You can also see my picture with Seki Tomokazu when he signed my Kyo wallet.

Also, besides all the AX goodness the Japanese Fruits Basket translation tracking page has been completely updated as of the most current chapter, whoo-hoo! (With permission of the individual posters, I've started archiving some of the summaries and translations right on RandomFandom) I also updated the English release page.

For people who are interested in my Fanfiction....sorry, besides getting Spotted linked to the main page I still don't have any updates to post to the actual stories. BUT, Otakon is my last "working" con of the year and I plan to focus on my fanfics and Redbutterfly (the Tsubasa wo Motsu mono scanlation project) the whole month of September. I've almost got a full chapter of Full Course finished, and a partial chapter of Belated Gift. I'll be posting something soon after Otakon, promise!

Just a quick note. I'm working on a more comprehensive update, but since there has been several requests made I've been concentrating on updating my fanfiction. So far "Belated Gift 2" and "A Mystery" have been updated. Head on over to the fanfiction section to read!

OMG, it's been forever! I can't apologize enough! I've been working two jobs and helping a friend get ready for her wedding. I also am taking a class and went to Ohayocon (which took it's own amount of preparation). Literally every weekend and evening has been scheduled down to the minute with things to do. -_- I haven't even had time to read manga (well much) or watch anime (at all actually!) Unfortunately, since this webpage is a hobby it had to take backburner. ;_; But, the wedding is the weekend after next and I've finished just about everything I had to do for it. (I made all the invitations, 100 favors and the bride's her hairpiece) So now, once again I have FREE TIME! And now, what you're really interested in hearing about, the Updates!
I'll start off with the part that everyone is always emailing about, the translation tracking page! I'm still working on getting a translator for the site, but luckily while I've been delayed there are plenty of helpful fans still working for free! There are a bunch of new links for the first 4 volumes. Even though these volumes are available in English now, I like to see the different takes people do on how to interperate the Japanese. I've also updated to be current with the most recent chapters. I've added links to summaries or translations for chapters 101-105. You can find those on the Japanese Manga Page. I've also updated the release information for the Fruits Basket English manga up to Volume 10.

I've also added a whole new section to the page, just in time for Chinese New Year! To welcome in the Year of the Rooster, I've added a page on the meaning behind the different years of the Zodiac. You can find out what year you are, what are the traits of the different years. You can even find out what years are compatible with what year. Check it out in the Zodiac Stuff Page!

I know it's been a while, but I really enjoyed meeting the fellow Fruits Basket Fans at Ohayocon this year. I had a really good time. I made one of my rare blog entries about it. I've also been really happy to see that people have been using the drawing board (the oekaki board) on the site. If you haven't taken a look you should there is some amazing stuff on there! Since it's been a while since my last post I figured I might point out some of the areas people might have forgotten about. I offer hosting for any fanart, fanfic or anything else fan related people might want to share. For fanart, check out Jami's UBER cute Fruits Basket My Little Ponies she uploaded to the gallery. The gallery is open to all so feel free to upload away! The Fruits Preserves section hosts finished Fruits Basket stories, but people have posted fanfic to my messageboard which I think is just fine. ^_^ I'll also host websites, music videos or anything else fans come up with! Just drop me a line to find out more.

I know it's been a while. Sorry about that. ^^; No real excuses other than I've been trying to figure stuff out. You might have noticed that the translations I've linked to for Shadow have been down for a while, and in Garten's last blog entry she's bowed out of doing summaries due to RL responsibilites. I've been trying to figure out a new way to get the translations or summaries we crave, luckily, Wasabi Feind (from Fruitygroup ML ) and Elina (from RosettaStoneCafe ML) have been kind enough to give us their summaries. I'm also in talks with a paid translator to buy translations (which I may take donations for if it works out). (You can read an explination here.) There is still no solution in place yet, but at least I did update my Translation Tracking page. I'd like to point out that there are summaries or translations for every chapter Shadow translated except for 57, 64, 68, and 73 so we're not too bad off. Besides the translation page I've also managed to update Fruits Preserves, now housing 29 completed Fruits Basket fanfics by 8 different authors. This includes a great fanfiction about Shigure by Liz, which I think is only hosted here on RandomFandom. Check it out, it's called "Instinct." I also added the newest chapter of my Toriru (Hatori x Tohru) fanfiction Full Course to my fanfiction page. (I actually updated it about a month ago, but forgot to add it to the page ^^;) I also added another Junninshi fable to the "Zodiac Stuff" page, How the Dragon got His Horns.

Got lots of stuff to share with you this update. ^_^ (Hope it's been worth waiting for!) First up I've gotten the Translation tracking page up to date to the latest chapter. I've added links to the Fruits Basket summaries in Garten's blog, Memento. I've also updated the English manga page with the details for Volume 4. For those of you that have been waiting on my fanfictions, I've actually updated one of them about a month ago, Spotted! (I'm really trying to get two of my others "A Mystery" and "Full Course" updated as well.) For those of you *sick* of cliffhangers and unfinished fanfic I'm proud to announce a new section of my site, Fruits Preserves! It's an archive of 100% complete Fruits Basket fanfiction. So far 20 stories have been archived, but it's nowhere near complete. Please send me links to your favorite fanfiction epics, or your own fanfiction. I'd love to include you! There are no requirements other than being finished! Another new section is the Zodiac Stuff page, a page for stories and fables surrounding the Asian Zodiac that Fruits Basket is based on. Currently I have 2 fables up and will be adding more fables as well as Astrology info on the various years. In the Fan Video section I've added the Fruits Basket Discussion panel. You'll get to see what I look like! (er... at my messy-haired scariness) Also in the Video are other fans, Ina-chan, Ysabet, and RJunkie did the filming!

Well, the site has had it's ups and down in the past couple of weeks. You might have noticed for the last two weeks of August the site was down. The site went over it's alloted bandwith for the month. It happened for various reasons, most of which I'm done my best to minimize. However I do have one re-occuring problem that keeps popping up. People direct-linking to images on this site. Please, if you want to use any image on this site, feel free! Just please, please, please don't direct link to it on my server! Save it you your own webspace or upload it to a site like photobucket that gives free places to save your images.

I know it looks like it's been about 3 months since I've updated, but it's not true! I've actually been updating sections throughout the site little by little. Unfortunately It's been so long since I've upated the main page I've forgotten most of what I've done. >_< I've been focusing on behind the scenes stuff, improving the way some things like the Oekaki and Messageboard run. The major things I've done now are added a ton of Anime North 2004 cosplay pictures (both the ones I took myself and a boatload of great ones taken by Ina-chan.) I've seperated the Fruits Basket ones into the Fruits Basket Cosplay section. I also finally got around to updating the English Fruits Basket Manga page and the Translation tracking page. Sorry it took me so long to seperate the chapters that make up 14 onto their own page. I've also updated the links to the most recent summaries.

Welcome to RandomFandom.com! I've been an anime and manga fan for quite some time now (decades even!).
