Now that she knows Akito is a girl, Tohru questions about her
mannerism and the way she deals with other Juunishi members to
Kureno. Kureno explains Akito was raised as a boy because "she" had
decided to do so.

At the Souma Household, Akito scolds Ren for making glamorous eye
contact with Hatori as she approaches him. According to Kureno, Ren
is Akito's birthmother. Neither Ren nor Akito would explain why
Akito was raised as a boy, but it's certain they have a hatred for
each other. Ren has always denied there is a true bond among
Juunishi members while Akito claims otherwise over the years.

When Ren conceived Akito, Kureno, Shigure, Hatori and Ayame awoke
with tears in their eyes. It's these 4 who are aware Akito is a girl
and they all saw that dream that foretold God will soon be born and
appear in front of them.

Kureno says he can't see Arisa (Uo-chan) while he refuses to leave
Akito's side. So he apologizes to Tohru and leaves. Not knowing
what to say Tohru could only cry. Rin can be seen few feet away from
where they were.

Kureno gets back to the Souma Household and apologizes to Akito.
After slapping, she hugs him.

While Tohru falls in despair not knowing what to do, Hana-chan makes
a decision as her brother watches her. (Supposedly a scene of Hana-
chan with her brother at her house appears at the end of the chap.)

btw, there's a scene where Ren and Akito argues about true bond, and
Akito swears she will kill her as she strangles. Ren laughs telling
her to go ahead because she'd rather be with Akira. Everyone seems
to believe Akira was Ren's lover (=Akira's father?). ...Sounds like
another new character is being added to complicate the story more.
